I've always believed art is the most beautiful contribution people can make to this world. But science is what makes it go round. Until I realised I could do work that does both.
I taught myself to code at 11, treating every website like a canvas. Then I started helping small businesses in Byron Bay bring their visions online — learning early that the art of storytelling only works when the science of conversion backs it up. I spent the next five years building websites and running forums, before moving into customer support and sales at 16.
At 32, I joined a gaming startup called Enjin as a glorified social media intern. The company was valued at $20M. Six months later, I was VP of Marketing. I helped scale it to $4B, which is when I left. What happened next taught me more than the climb did — after I left, the company lost its momentum. Individuals leave. Systems compound. That lesson became the thesis of everything I've built since.
I thought I'd mastered the formula.
I hadn't.
After Enjin, I formed my own startup and lost everything. The fortune, the house, the confidence. For three years I worked whatever jobs I could find, learned lessons I should have known earlier, and quietly prepared for what came next.
I started working on myself, understanding that these weren't just system failures — they were character failures.
Deep down I was lacking purpose.
The science of success means nothing if you haven't mastered the art of your own humanity.
Then I partnered with Jonathan Schmarr and started FinalPiece — with a mission that finally made sense: help everyday people and small businesses win in an AI world.
That mission became TrustPager. Since May 2025, working solo with Claude Code, I've built a Business Operating System for Australian service businesses — 506,000 lines on the portal alone, 842,000 full stack, and a 448-tool MCP that lets Claude and ChatGPT run the business, not just chat about it. The equivalent of 25 developers for a year, or ~$3M AUD in senior dev salary. Bootstrapped from $30,000 and a willingness to outwork the problem.
And now there's EVE — our second product. A dedicated AI operating system running seven persistent agents that coordinate through a shared signal bus and improve themselves overnight. EVE is automating FinalPiece's own business. Once it's run us end-to-end, we'll ship it to other companies.
The purpose of my life is to help other entrepreneurs live their purpose.
AI is the ultimate science — but it needs the art of humanity to matter. Big companies will use AI to consume the market while everyone else gets left behind. TrustPager exists to flip that.
I've been on both sides. The top and the bottom.
Today, I'm starting from the bottom again with a heart full of purpose, and I've never been more fulfilled.
